We intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team and Advisory Board to identify, acquire and manage a business in the Commerce Enablement, Supply Chain, Logistics and related Technology Infrastructure sectors. The ideal target is a business that can benefit from our accomplished track record of founding, operating, investing, acquiring and transforming businesses in the Consumer, Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, Logistics and Services sectors. We intend to focus our search on business combination targets with an aggregate enterprise value in excess of $1 billion.
