We intend to focus on the industries that align with the background of the sponsor with a particular emphasis placed on the healthcare sector. These industries include healthcare, industrials, consumer, media, technology and technology services. We will seek to acquire established businesses that we believe are fundamentally sound but potentially in need of financial, operational, or strategic assistance to maximize value.

The blank-check company was founded by our sponsor, an affiliate of Glenview Capital Management, a New York-based registered investment adviser with approximately $3.6 billion in assets under management as of Feb. 28, 2021.
