We intend to focus our search for a target business in the energy industry with enterprise values of approximately $300 million to $1.0 billion. (Incorporated in Delaware)

We will look, in particular, for a business with assets used in exploring, developing, producing, transporting, storing, gathering, processing, fractionating, refining, distributing or marketing of natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil or refined products in North America, Central and South America. We may pursue an acquisition opportunity in renewable energy (“renewables”) which refers to energy from a source that is sustainable, such as wind, hydropower, geothermal or solar power.
