We are a holding company whose operating subsidiaries operate a global maritime shipping business and seaborn pulping services. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)

Our business is divided into two segments: time chartering and vessel management services.

A of Sept. 27, 2024, our fleet included one self-owned vessel and three leased vessels with total cargo carrying capacity of 217,191 dwt.

We plan to expand our operations with the launch of a seaborne pulping business through Openwindow, our Singapore subsidiary, by the first quarter of 2025.
