We will concentrate on sourcing business combination opportunities with industrial technology businesses, with particular emphasis on those that align with several key themes commonly referred to as “Industry 4.0,” including but not limited to:
– Transportation and logistics;
– Distribution and supply chain;
– Value-added manufacturing and robotics;
– Grid resiliency;
– Environmental services;
– Business services, and
– Advanced sensor technologies and associated applications.
(Note: NewHold Investment Corp. III priced its SPAC IPOI in sync with the terms in the prospectus – 17. 5 million units at $10.00 each to raise $175.0 million – on Thursday night, Feb. 27, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.)
