OMS Energy Technologies (OMSE Proposed), a profitable Singapore oilfield equipment company, may price its $50 million IPO this week – the week of April 21, 2025. Wall Street’s attention, however, is focused on the turmoil in the U.S. stock market. U.S. stock futures and the dollar sank early today on concerns about President Donald Trump’s attacks on Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.
OMS Energy Technologies, a carry-over deal from recent weeks, is offering 5.56 million shares at a price range of $8 to $10 to raise $50.0 million at a market cap of about $398.71 million. Roth Capital Partners is the sole book-runner. This is a NASDAQ listing.
Saudi Aramco is OMS Energy’s largest client, according to the prospectus.
For the year that ended March 31, 2024, OMS Energy reported net income of $84.46 million on revenue of $181.45 million.
The rest of this week’s IPO Calendar consists of a few small IPOs with tentative “week of April 21” pricing dates as they await regulatory clearance.
