We intend to search for target companies in the environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) and material technology sectors. We plan to acquire one or more companies with a total enterprise value of between $100 million and $600 million. 

Mr. Claudius Tsang, our CEO, CFO and chairman of the board of directors, has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, with a strong track record of success in private equity, M&A transactions and PIPE investments, with a focus on Greater China and other emerging markets. Mr. Tsang is a former partner in Franklin Templeton, where he was the co-head of private equity of North Asia.
