We have not selected any business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. We may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry.
(Note: Andretti Acquisition Corp. II filed an S-1 and revealed the terms for its SPAC IPO on June 28, 2024: 20.0 million units at $10.00 each to raise $200.0 million. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.)
