Matthew Safaii is our CEO and the founder of Arrowroot Capital. Thomas Olivier is our president and CFO and a managing director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group. 

We intend to focus on a target in an industry which complements our executive team’s, board’s and sponsor’s expertise. We also intend to focus on industries that complement our executive team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our executive team to identify and acquire a business, primarily focusing on the enterprise software sector, although we could ultimately pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location if the right opportunity arises.
