We intend to focus our search on opportunities where we believe we can capitalize on the experience and expertise of our management team to identify, acquire and potentially operate a business in what we call the “Attention Economy”, which refers to various converging sectors within interactive (digital) entertainment, film/television, music, print and digital books (including magazine and comics publications), e-sports, live events and other forms of consumer entertainment and enabling services and technologies. The Attention Economy ecosystem is highly fragmented with hundreds of content owners and creators, publishing and distribution platforms and other companies providing enabling technologies and services to other industry participants and consumers, many of which are privately owned. We believe that our management’s extensive experience acquiring, operating and growing businesses in this space, coupled with their vast network of leading industry executives, entrepreneurs, investors and deal makers, will enable us to source deals and position us to succeed in consummating an initial business combination. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)
