Business: | (Note: Bausch + Lomb Corp. priced its IPO on May 5, 2022, at $18 – or $3 below the bottom of its $21-to-$24 range – on 35 million shares to raise $630 million. The IPO’s proceeds are $157.5 million less than the estimated proceeds of $787.5 million under the terms in the IPO’s prospectus.This is a dual listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
