We intend to focus our search on high-growth companies operating in select emerging markets (excluding China), with the ability to replicate their business models sustainably across other emerging markets or translate their products, services or technologies to developed markets. We will not pursue or consummate an initial business combination with a target that conducts a majority of its business or is headquartered in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
