We will seek to capitalize on the operational and investment experience of our founder and CEO, Kevin Nazemi. Mr. Nazemi has worked in the healthcare and technology sectors for over 15 years. He has focused his career on leveraging technology to improve the delivery and quality of healthcare. In 2012, Mr. Nazemi co-founded Oscar Health, a technology-driven health insurance company, where he served as the Co-CEO from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Nazemi remains very active in the healthcare space, having advised, founded, and invested in numerous companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Premera Blue Cross, the largest health plan in the Pacific Northwest.
