We are a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated in July 2020 as a Delaware corporation. Although we may pursue targets in any industry, we intend to initially focus our search on identifying a prospective target business in financial technology or information and business services, which acts as an essential utility to industries that are core to the economy.

We will seek to capitalize on the tactical, operational and organizational experience of our founder William P. Foley, II. We believe Mr. Foley’s distinguished business track record can have a transformative impact on a target business.
