This is the third blank-check company or SPAC founded by Ivan Tavrin, the former CEO of Russia’s MegaFon. Kismet Acquisition Three is incorporated in the Cayman Islands

We intend to focus on companies in the Internet and technology sectors operating in Europe, including Russia, as well as businesses established by founders with Russian origins that operate in these regions or other countries. We may, however, decide to enter into an initial business combination with a target business that does not meet these criteria and guidelines.
