We intend to focus our search on the financial technology sector, which complements the expertise of our management team.

We currently intend to concentrate our efforts identifying businesses in the financial services industry with an enterprise value of approximately $600 million to $1.3 billion, with particular emphasis on businesses that are providing or changing technology for traditional financial services (“FinTech”), regulatory and compliance functions (“RegTech”), insurance services (“InsurTech”), wealth and asset management and human resource and payroll functions.
