We intend to focus on acquisition targets with a presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with high potential for EMEA entrance or those who would benefit from being deployed in EMEA to then expand to different regions. We will concentrate our efforts on companies that play a key role in the future of mobility, focusing on the development of autonomous driving, connected vehicles, mobility services and electric vehicles. This includes current mobility players as well as established companies with intellectual property or other assets that we regard as highly valuable for the future mobility sector.
