We intend to focus our search for an initial business combination on companies within the technology sector, as described below, that are market leaders in industries that we believe are primed for outsized growth, provide mission critical solutions to their customers, and have significant recurring revenue with enterprise valuations in an approximate valuation range of $1.5 billion to $3.0 billion.
