While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any financial technology business in any geographical location, we intend to focus our search on a target that aligns with the background and experience of Motive in financial technology. We expect to focus primarily on companies that serve five primary sub-sectors of our market segment: Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Data & Analytics, Insurance, and Investment Management.
