Our team consists of seasoned and experienced professionals who have experience in equity investments, finance, business operations and management, as well as deal negotiation. We intend to focus on operating businesses in Asia (excluding China) and the United States. We shall not undertake our initial business combination with any entity with its principal business operations in China.
