We intend to focus our search for a target business in global consumer-focused industries, including companies that participate in the lifestyle, technology, healthcare and wellness sectors, but may also pursue an initial business combination of any business where we believe the expertise of our management team, our advisory board and our independent directors (all of whom we refer to as “our team”) will provide us with a competitive advantage. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands) 

We plan to evaluate businesses in high growth sectors with a substantial addressable market, which may be undergoing disruption as a result of technologies or data insights. We are particularly focused on companies that are involved with branded lifestyle, luxury, pet, nutritional and consumer categories. We are also focused on wellness services or products, including those related to beauty and fitness and certain categories of healthcare, including technology-enabled services, pharmaceutical value chain, medical devices and equipment, diagnostics and digital and consumer health.

Members of our sponsor are affiliated with Meadow Lane, originally established as an investment office for family members of Craig E. Barnett, our chairman and CEO. 

Mr. Barnett has been the CEO of Meadow Lane since 2014 and its associated broker-dealer and predecessor entities since inception. He has over 35 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and corporate development. He has been highly active in corporate development, financing and acquisitions for GUS, Experian, Burberry, Argos, Arcade and Shaklee. Previously, Mr. Barnett was a managing Director with The Blackstone Group Inc.
