Note: This is NOT an IPO. This is a NASDAQ Uplisting from the OTCQB Venture Market, where QDM International’s stock is quoted under the symbol “QDMI” according to the prospectus. QDM International has applied to NASDAQ to list its stock under the proposed symbol “QDMI” – the prospectus said.

We are an insurance distributor. (Incorporated in Florida)

Through our subsidiariy, YeeTah, we sell life and medical insurance – underwritten by Hong Kong insurance companies – to individual customers – either Hong Kong residents or visitors from mainland China.

Note: Net income and revenue are for the year that ended March 31, 2024.
