Our management team has an extensive track record of managing or acquiring attractive assets at disciplined valuations, managing and investing in growth while fostering financial discipline and improving business results.

Cesar Johnston is our chairman, president and CEO. He previously worked for Energous Corp. from July 2014 until June 2024. Mr. Johnston was the CEO of Energous from December 2021 until March 2024 and the president of Energous from June 2023 until March 2024. Energous develops silicon-based wireless power transfer (WPT) technologies and customizable reference designs. including innovative silicon chips, antennas, software and transmission systems for a large variety of applications, such as Radio Frequency Tags and IoT (Internet of Things) Sensors across the retail, industrial, smart home and office, and medical markets.
