Richard Chin, our CEO and director, is the former president of SK Hynix. He is the head of Global Development Group (GDG), an SK affiliate. Derek Jensen, our CFO and director, is GDG’s former vice president of development.

Our areas of interest include hydrogen energy/fuel cells, renewable energy, next-generation batteries, charging infrastructure, waste-to-fuels pollution/waste treatment, recycling/reuse, alternative proteins (plant-based meat) and vertical farming, carbon capture, use and storage, green chemicals and resource use efficiency.

Since 2016, he has served as a policy advisor at Squire Patton Boggs, a Washington D.C.-based law and public policy firm. He focuses on global business development and provides strategic advice and consulting on all aspects of domestic and international policy, drawing from his decades of experience both in business and at the highest levels of the U.S. government.
