Our team is comprised of experienced technology investors and operators with nearly 50 years of combined investment, transactional and senior management experience. Additionally, our relationship with TPG gives us advantaged insights into companies and potential transactions held by private equity funds (through TPG Capital) as well as those owned by founders and the venture community (through TPG Growth). We believe we are the only SPAC sponsor targeting technology companies to have these sourcing and investment insight advantages in addition to our experience of leading three companies into the public markets through the SPAC process.
