We currently intend to focus on opportunities that capitalize on the expertise and ability of our team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business in the media, sports and entertainment industries, as well as the related technology and service sectors that support these industries. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands) 
We believe our team’s collective experience and network, as well as favorable trends occurring in the media, sports and entertainment sectors provide an opportunity to execute a business combination that generates attractive returns for shareholders.
Our dedicated management team is led by James Lites, the chairman and former CEO and president of the Dallas Stars, who has nearly 40 years of experience in the media, sports and entertainment sectors as an executive in the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball and National Football League. Our board of directors is chaired by William Quinn, chairman of blank check companies Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. (“Spring Valley I”) and Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II (“Spring Valley II”) and managing partner of Pearl Energy Investment Management, LLC (“Pearl”), who has over 25 years of private equity experience and is a former minority owner of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club. Collectively, our team has established global relationships, successfully owned and operated businesses, extensive experience in identifying, managing and executing proprietary strategic investments in our sectors of focus. We believe our team is well positioned to identify quality targets, complete a business combination with attractive terms, and create long-term shareholder value post combination.
